The mission of the International MPS Network (IMPSN) is to unite organizations and individuals worldwide to improve the quality of life for those affected by MPS and related diseases. Through collaboration, advocacy, education, and the promotion of research, the IMPSN aims to advance awareness, enhance access to care, and drive progress toward better treatments and cures.
We understand the emotional, physical, and financial toll that living with MPS can take because we have seen it firsthand. Whether it’s the isolation of searching for answers, the overwhelming complexity of navigating rare disease care, or the frustration of not knowing where to turn, we’ve been there. Our team is made up of people who have dedicated their lives to rare disease advocacy, medical professionals passionate about improving MPS care, and community members who have walked the path of uncertainty and now want to make it easier for others.
The vision of the International MPS Network (IMPSN) is a world where all individuals and families affected by MPS and related diseases have equitable access to timely diagnosis, effective treatments, comprehensive care, and the resources needed to thrive, regardless of geographic or socioeconomic barriers.
Through the IMPSN, we bring hope, community, and expertise to a world that can often feel isolating. Our unwavering commitment to improving the lives of those with MPS and related diseases worldwide makes us uniquely equipped to tackle this challenge. With our experience, global reach, and deep compassion, we have the power to drive meaningful change.
